Coastal Spirit Football Club
Management & Governance Structure

Coastal Spirit operates under a 2 tier management structure made up of an Executive Board and the Run The Game committee (known as the RTG). The CSFC Board is responsible for the overall running of the club and consists of 6 - 8 appointed members. Its role is to ensure effective governance while adhering to the goals set out in the clubs strategic plan. The board meets on the 3rd Wednesday or every month except January and December, 5:00 p.m. in the boardroom at Linfield, 56 Kearneys Road. The RTG committee, run under the direction of the Club Manager and consisting of elected representatives plus the Football Development Manager, is responsible for the delivery of services for all on grass activity from the sorting of junior teams at the start of the season to the organising and running of the 5 tournaments the club hosts. The RTG meets the 2nd Tuesday of every month except December/January, at Linfield, at 7:30 p.m.
