Welcome to our Eastbourne Rugby Football Club website. ERFC is a small family focused club located in the seaside village of Eastbourne, Lower Hutt, New Zealand.

We have a very strong junior club with nearly 100 local children participating in rugby supported by their family and friends.

Our senior club focuses on the 85kg restricted grade and we have a reputation for competitive teams in this grade. Visiting clubs teams enjoy our hospitality in our unique clubrooms set on the beachfront looking out over the beautiful Wellington Harbour.

2011 is our 90th anniversary season, the club formed in 1921 "over a keg of Speights XXX beer in a Rata Street garage, on an autumn morning in 1921" and in hand with the rugby world cup tournament we have a number of events planned during this anniversary year.

All visitors are welcome to join us in our clubrooms that operate in the following hours

Monday 1pm to 8pm
Tuesday 1pm to 6.30pm
Wednesday 1pm to 10pm
Thursday 1pm to 10pm
Friday 1pm to midnight
Saturday noon to midnight
Sunday 1pm to 8pm

Delicious dinners are served in the clubroom's dining room on Friday nights 6.30pm to 9.00pm.
