Welcome to Harbour Sport's new website. This website has been developed to answer your needs in regards to what you are looking for from your Regional Sports Trust.
Harbour Sport is committed to being a well-utilised communication and knowledge hub for our stakeholders and community and this is the first step in achieving that.
Knowledge Search Button
The first thing you will notice is in the top right hand corner of the page is a knowledge search button. This is the engine of our entire website. This website is a knowledge management system with a website on top. Traditional search is a hammer that searches for everything within a website. Our Knowledge Search will allow you to find the information you require by resource and for need and by keyword. Have a play and we would love any feedback on this.
Interest Pages
There are now 6 key areas of interest pages contained within the website. There are: Coaches, Players, Clubs, RSOs, Volunteers and Schools. Contained within these pages will be stories and information that pertains to the area of interest.
One each of the special interest pages there are 8 icons in the top right hand corner of the body. These icons represent Toolkits, Information, Templates and Forms, Links, Workshops, Webinar, Case Studies and Presentations that apply to your area of interest. If you click on any of them a separate window will open with the resources for your area.
For example if you are in the clubs page and click on the toolkit icon you will find all the toolkits that apply to clubs. For a more detailed search of the resources you can click on the knowledge search and isolate the resource your are after.
Club Database
In the find a club button on the front page you will now get access to the club database. This has been created to allow our website to be a major portal into your club details. If you are a club and want to populate your club listing then please contact Andy Lewis on 09-415 4610.
Calendar of Events
For any events or activity that you are undertaking that you would like to appear on our calendar of events please contact Sandra Thompson on 09-415 4610. These events will populate on each of the selected areas of interest. Once again allowing the viewer to only get information that they are interested in.
