The Hamilton Marist Clubrooms are availiable for hireage.
The club is becoming well known as a great daytime conference venue. Conference facilities include top notch catering , whiteboards, data projector, big screen, sound system and ample parking at the front door.
We can cater for weddings , 21sts, anniverseries, engagements, birthdays or any other occasion.
Our modern-day club can seat up to 150 and has full bar facilities. Our friendly , professional bar staff will ensure your function runs smoothly and is enjoyed by all.
Our bar prices will not be bettered by any other venue in Hamilton.
Our club hireage rates are very reasonable. They are:
Basic Facility Day Hire - Minimum charge up to 8 hours - without Bar staff - $150.00 plus GST - this is negotiable depending on services needed and period required. Microphone, DVD, and data show projector and screen is available. Iced water supplied if requested at no additional cost
Multi day hire by Negotiation.
Full Hire (includes Bar staff, security, use of microphone data show projector and cleaning) - Minimum charge - $450.00 plus GST - this is negotiable depending on services needed. For some events, a refunadable bond may be required or late cancellation fee may apply
Note - Not all Saturdays during the Rugby season from March to August may be available for private hire due to scheduled club activities. Others days during the week should be available.
