NEW BEGINNINGS FOR PAPAKURA CC

The Papakura Cricket Club is raring to go for the 2012/13 season, and we want you to be a part of it!

Chief amongst the off-season developments has been the Club voting to move to Bruce Pulman Park - where better grounds and facilities await. Over the next 12 months, Papakura CC will have access to fantastic new grass decks, a brand spanking new Clubroom, and practice nets that will rival any of those in the country.

We are also making a commitment to reconnecting with our community - and step one of that process is to field a team in the CMCA Year 9-11 grade. Over the next few years, the Club will develop it's Junior section to help foster the growth of cricket in the Papakura District. If you are in the Year 9-11 age bracket, and are keen to be part of the team please feel free to contact us.

Papakura CC, as defending Premier champions, will also proudly represent Counties-Manukau in the Northern Districts Club Championships - the winner of which goes to the National Club Champs.

All this positivity and forward momentum is driven by a Club that wants to improve - and Papakura CC offers a friendly and all-welcoming environment, where players are encouraged to make the most of their abilities.

For the serious player, we are the only club in Counties-Manukau with a professional coach. Trainings are structured and focused, with game plans laid out for matchdays.

For the social player, Papakura CC can also offer a more relaxed atmosphere where everyone is offered the opportunity to enjoy their cricket, with playing to win still the objective.

And for all players, we are a Club with a proud history and a desire to make the future of our Club even better.

If this sounds interesting, feel free to email us at info@papakuracricket.com
