Touch Rugby

Terms:                        1 and 4

Practice time:            Tuesdays 3.30 – 5 00 pm

Match days:                Wednesday at Elliott Park

Juniors:                       4:30pm

Seniors:                       5:00pm

Cost                            $60.00

Uniform:

Navy PE shorts, sleeveless touch top, touch turf shoes (recommended) or cross-trainers (shoes are compulsory for matches).

Details

Teams compete in the local secondary schools competition on Wednesday nights. Girls signing up for touch are expected to attend the practice and match each week. Trials will be held prior to the first interschool matches, the top team will be selected on merit (irrespective of age) and thereafter in age groups (Senior & Junior).

Senior Social Teams - We invite girls wanting to play Touch but not commit to a practice to sign up for our social teams.

The Senior Team for 2012 will be attempting to qualify for National tournament and may increase practices to twice a week in 2012. All girls interested in playing touch and attending National Tournament are encouraged to sign up.
