Students signing up to play social volleyball must be committed to playing every match and to play competitively when on the courts. “Social” volleyball does not mean you play whenever you feel like it and with very little effort! So if you don’t want to play seriously and be committed to your team then please don’t sign up!

Practice Time: Wednesdays 5.30 – 7.00pm at Dio Gym (TBC)

Match Day:    Sat. b/t 9.30am - 1.10pm (some games may be played mid-week)

Venue:            HFHS (TBC)

Uniform:         Navy PE shorts, PE top, court shoes

Cost:              $85 per player

Dates:            18^th Feb. – 17^th March (Final Nationals warm-up tournament included)

 Monday 26th – Friday 30th March, NZ Secondary Schools Championships:  Palmerston North

Under 17 & Under 19 Interprovincial Championships – North Harbour, Term 3/4 school holidays

Waikato Junior Schools Competition (social & competitive)

Practice Time: Wednesdays 5.30 – 7.00pm at Dio Gym (competitive team only)

Match Day:    Thursdays b/t 4.30pm and 7.30pm

Venue:            Te Rapa Sportsdrome or Hillcrest High School (TBC)

Uniform:         Navy PE shorts, PE top, court shoes

Cost:               $85 per player

Dates:           18^th Oct – 22^nd Nov, Final Warm-up Tournament Saturday 3^rd December

                       North Island Junior Schools Championships: TBC

                       Under 15 Interprovincial Championships – Hamilton, December 2012

Top senior and junior teams will be selected and will compete in the senior and junior school championship competitions with the possibility of attending the National or NI secondary school tournaments.
